        Terrible Business, no respect for repeat buyers and non-islanders. Was put on a block list as I took 11 days to collect a car that they had sold with NO mot 11 days is fantastic, I also paid upfront without seeing it after Id won.

        I rarely find the time to write reviews but the customer service here was so bad that Im making time. I bought two glazed pictures and the glass on one of them was shattered in the post. I understand that they were posted at the buyers risk but the packaging was so inadequate that a breakage was inevitable. The auction house was not at all apologetic, tried to suggest that I was lying about the packaging, they were rude and wouldnt offer any kind of compensation. I wont be buying from them again.
