I discovered Jomil a couple of years ago and in my 16 years of retail they are the best supplier I have ever had. They helped to keep my business going throughout the lockdowns. All members of staff are friendly and polite and nothing is too much trouble. Whilst they are moving forward with the times they also have a good old fashioned approach to service and show genuine car to their customers.

I have ordered things from jomil for years but recently they let me down. They delivered 250 worth of needles that weren't the ones I ordered "prym needles with gold eye" and stopped replying when I went looking for a solution. This is not the jomil of the past that would have made sure I was satisfied. Time to look elsewhere. They still have the wrong description and product photo up for the same needles "125555, Prym tapestry needles needles size 18 with gold eye". Edit: Jomil have got back to me since I posted the above review. In contrast to the owner's response below, I was never offered a "full refund" I was only offered a credit , without shipping fee, if I return the mislabled product, at my own expense! The problem is it went out to italy, and I had to pay customs on it. Will they refund that after sending the wrong product out? I don't know where Jomil got the idea I would decline a full refund? I would happily accept a full refund. Furthermore, the item has been mislabled for at least a year (so not "recently"), because I previously ordered gold eye needles in Nov2020 and the non gold eye ones were sent out then too. That is why this most recent time I specifically said in the order message field "Only gold eye needles please, no substitutes". And Jomil again sent non gold eye needles for a 2nd year running. Edit 2: it's 6 days since I emailed to take up jomils offer of a "full refund" and I haven't heard anything back.

I have ordered things from jomil for years but recently they let me down. Edit: Jomil have got back to me since I posted the above review.
