Trying to rip me off on eBay lied and lied lied and said they are made on site and mine was next to be made then would be sent out Thursday then it was Friday and Id have a tracking number but guess what Its Monday and never sent product out and now ignoring me for a refund stay well clear Con artist in the making

At the end of August I bought a new remote control for my alarm via EBay. This remote control didn't work when it arrived. I followed the instructions exactly and when this was not successful, I called in a professional installer. Unfortunately all attempts, including his, were unsuccessful. The installer told me that the purchased remote control was defective and therefore could not be connected to the alarm. I gave this back to digital stock supplies. In the meantime, two months have passed and I've heard nothing from them at all, except for one e-mail that they all regret it very much. Despite my mails, reminders and call to respond, it remains silent. I advise everyone who wants to do business with this company, not to do so. Their sales service is of no value whatsoever. What a worthless company!
