        Not happy with appointment mix up and consultation table was not clean. Also prices are shown without VAT then when you get the bill additional VAT costs are added on that as a customer you were not made aware of in the original price

        Discussed me changing to a whole food diet off kibbles and said I was worried about Bravecto after TV programme saying it is very dangerous and many dogs are dying or serious problems. She has offered a different medication I am happy with.
