        I went to pick up my late dogs ashes and to be informed that they had forgot to do q paw print as you can imagine I'm devasted. Nothing can be done now. Please don't let this happen again

        Rubbish vets, negligent of lack of care, my dog had a cancer lump vet missed had to take to pdsa for op and removal, then had cheek to try chase me for 165 debt I refused to pay, rubbish risks animals life's, reported to rcvs and press do not use these if you care about your animals
