It seems branches change manager's quite often and whilst the current manager is good I think being called "my friend" to appease a customer isn't great. It also seems like enterprise has taken a hit on the size of its fleet as it took 3 days to get a courtesy car from them following my request from my insurance company being sent across. The manager was very accomodating and at my request changed the vehicle he had booked for me if I didn't mind waiting for it to be valeted which they pulled off in half the time that they advised me I would be waiting.
