EDIT: DO NOT BUY THE WARRANTY THAT THEY OFFER, THE WARRANTY COMPANY WARRANTIES 2000 WILL NOT PAY YOUR CLAIM! Was a 5 star review before I had a terrible experience with the warranty company that beckside sold me with the car for 500. I bought a Range Rover sport from beckside and it was a really good experience. I dealt with Gary who was professional and knowledgable, he let me spend as much time as I wanted looking around the car and testing everything and taking it for a test drive. Gary did not pester me but he was always on hand to answer any questions, the car came with an AA check, free warranty with option to extend, they put it through the MOT for me and they even changed the wheels to a black colour I wanted. So they went above and beyond and the price was also good. I would recommend and I would use them again thank you

Poor customer service, dishonest and not willing to reply to customer requests. Bought a car from this company not a problem, problems arise when they blatantly lied in there advertisement of the description of the car, listed extras and like sat nav, which after pick up was apparently not enable but car was advertised with it. Also the AA inspection is a joke, apparently the car passed the strict inspection stated by Gary, but checked on the recent MOT that an advisory for suspension fault was listed, but not on the strict AA inspection by the garage. The AA qualified mechanic must of been having a bad day as they passed to very same fault listed on the MOT, Ive since had it sorted at my own expense.shocking I wouldnt trust the strict AA inspection. I sent several emails and been sent an email from the garage asking about any issue, replied to them stated the above, apparently Theyre looking into it. still no reply 4 months later ??? Dont expect anything. Stereotypical Dishonest Car Sales Team, stay well away my advice.

I visited Beckside 4x4 this weekend and bought myself a very stunning Land Rover Discovery Sport. I had viewed it on their website prior to going for a test drive. I fell in love with it as soon as I sat in it! The description on the website was accurate and concise. Gary who helped me with my purchase was a really friendly, approachable and knowledgeable guy. All the other staff I came into contact with were friendly and polite. The purchase and handover were straight forward and I was reassured if I had any problems they were only a phone call away. I would highly recommend Beckside 4x4 Centre if you are wanting to purchase a 4x4.
