2nd purchase now after Merc. Great service and great Audi S5 this time in fantastic condition as described. Great service start to finish. What a nice experience this was buying a lovely AMG E53 Merc from a small but very professional company. Great service and communication with the car exactly as described. I purchased a 2nd hand vehicle from FA Roper last March and immediately had a great impression of the company, startingwith the first interactions via email with James who provided me with fast and comprehensive responses to all my queriesand requests for additional pictures. Obviously I wanted to sort out all preliminarydoubts before driving 4-5 hours to their premises. Excellent responsiveness. You may wonder: why didn't I publisha review earlier? Well, the reason is very simple: being a car enthusiast I wanted to provide a more comprehensive and reliable review after driving the car extensively for a few months. FA Roper were faultless to me, great experience from start to finish, all easy, clear and honest. The car is really perfect, low mileage, kept all in order, excellent from any perspective. The morning after I came home I spent some time doing the usual due diligence stuff of theaverage car enthusiast, like checking fluids, familiarising with the infotainment, readthe manual, check the body underneath, and it was all in pristine condition, I literallyhad the impression that the car had never been driven in the rain! (moreprobably had been valeted extremely well...but really...even theshock absorbers were clean!). I travelled about 3000 miles for almost three weeks in a summer trip with the family across France, Spain and Andorra, land, mountains, sea and all was perfect. Now after more than 8 months of ownership I can safely say that FA Roper are a great team and sold me an excellent car. I was also impressed with the quality of the other cars they had on display in their showroom. James responded to my queriesvery effectively prior to visiting their premises, then on the day Paul welcomed me, showed the car extensively, answered all questions and helped me to shape my decision, then Phil did manage all the paperwork, ownership transfer, insurance etc. processesvery effectively and with a lot of patience. From the perspective of my own personal experience, FA Roper really deserves a full 5 stars review, and I really encourage other customers to consider them, they have top notch cars.
