Absolutely scammers, I purchased a Jaguar F- Pace back in July 2022 for over 30,000. As soon as I left the showroom to go back to London (200+miles) the vehicle began going into a limp mode. Harry and Ryan were informed straight away, and within the 30 day cooling off period and still refused to take back the vehicle. They fobbed me off to go to my local dealers due to the distance and my sons needs with the hope that the 30 days expires. They then decided the vehicle must come 200+ miles back to them to get fixed even though a Jaguar specialist themselves were unable to fix it and AFTER telling me to send the vehicle to my local specialist 3 TIMES. This has caused me extreme, extreme financial, emotional and mental harm. I am paying for a service I am not receiving. The vehicle has suddenly gone into limp mode while travelling on a dual carriageway with my son, this frightened us both so bad that now my son refuses to go in vehicles sometimes and is still not as confident as he was in them previously. My son has needs and I have no vehicle to take him around or for him to get to and from school without it affecting his mental health. It makes me cry everyday that I need to go through this. I just want the vehicle returned.
