Parkside Motor group

I found Parkside Motor Group to be very honest, helpful and professional. We bought a car from them recently, and we had an issue with the locks flicking on and off whilst driving. We had no clue why. I contacted them and the issue was sorted immediately. We could not have asked for more. Buyers be aware!!!!!! The father son duo who call themselves Stan and Adam are the worst kind of auto traders I have ever come across. I doubt if it is their real names or they just adopted the western names to appear more trustworthy. They sold me an extremely faulty car(AirCon Compressor came faulty + Alternator went off after 5 months 15 days, at the time of writing) at an extremely high price and were not ready to fix it when I contacted after 3.5 months of buying the car. The law in UK allows buyers the privilege of returning the car within 30 days and a fix/repair of the faulty component by the dealer within 6 months. On contacting the dealer after discovering the AirCon issue, they yelled at me in a very hostile way and asked to produce evidence which was in complete disagreement with the UK laws. When I contacted them again by referring the laws (which I was previously unaware of), they asked me to bring the car to them for inspection without any guarantee of repair. I live in a different city and they delivered the car at my home which by law requires them to pick up, repair and then drop the car back when fixed. As I am a learner driver, I requested them to do so but my request was rejected numerous times and the tone of their communication was absolutely unfriendly. I doubt if the 5 stars reviews they received are real. If you want peace of mind, avoid them at any cost!!! Update: The dealer contacted me and threatened me to remove the review and on my denial, they offered to repair but at my cost. As ridiculous as it sounds, it was the truth. I can not even imagine the absolute trash behavior I was subjected to by the dealer and my only fault was to buy a car from them at their asking price.
