        Receptionist is rude and robotic when speaking to her. Not very welcoming as a new customer. Also refused to send a confirmation email or text for my new appointment after i had just had to pay out 20 for a missed appointment.Surely you should send these out? If the receptionist gives you the wrong date or the computer plays up you dont have to pay out as you would have the time and date to hand. Will be getting my travel vaccinations from another Company in future.
