Absolutely shocking service, lie to you about how long they will be, then don't send text because they haven't assigned a car. 40 minutes later they arrive and and take the most ridiculous route to miss my train.

I hate this taxi company because I got banned for them because I smell to much of poo yha i have got incontinence but I'm getting help from the NHS and you do not tell someone who has mental health problems or depression to get out of the car want if i had a car and said to my friend I'm not picking u up because you smell but it doesn't matter now i have moved on to a new taxi company who doesn't tell me that I smell so on that note bye for ever and I'm never looking back again

Tried once as it was closest to where we wanted picking up but wouldn't use again. Their prices seem a lot higher than other companies in the area.

Got a taxi in morning with them they charged me 3 then i got taxi the same way back and they charged me 4.50 and i was waiting 15 minuets for taxi. They overcharged me!!
