Never book taxi with them . i booked taxi 45 minutes ago and still taxi not arrived. say its on its way. really bad service. they should shout there service.

Rang this taxi firm to check on a fare but was met by a very rude and impatient operator who just wasn't prepared to listen. He kept speaking over me. A complete lack of telephone manners or how to speak to customers . He says to me just tell me where you are and where you want to go in a very discourteous manner as though he was doing me a favour or something. So I said why don't you just calm down and let me speak at which poit he slammed the phone down on me. Well Mr Operator if your reading this. Then learn some manners and start speaking to your customers with respect in future!!

Great service, was on time and driver was freindly . Mercedes e class vehicle and price was the cheapest taxi I have ever been in ASAP taxis are good value . Recommended
