        I m begging all the customers please dont use Douglas they are lyers I miss my gp appointment because of theme they said 5 minutes and the taxi comes in 30 minutes

        Rubbish performance had booked for today at 8.10am for daughter school and was booked a night before, still rang at 8am to make sure and Douglas said yes will be there! No taxi came ended getting Uber and Douglas have no shame dont even answer their phones. Never do Douglas ever again rubbish taxi system absolutely rubbish service and no apology. I never review anyone but Im so annoyed I will. Nadia
