        This service doesn't even deserve 1 star..absolutely disappointed with their service. My son had a dentist appointment I rang an hour early thinking all taxi services take time. They said 10 mins after every 20 mins I kept ringing they kept saying just 10 mins away. After an hour i told them my sons late for his appointment I have been given 5 mins can u pleze tell driver to hurry up only to be told I'm sorry no driver can come in 5 mins not even after an hour. Cancelled my taxi and missed my sons appointment two. My first and last time with this service so upset and angry wasted my time if they were busy should of told me in beginning we going to take 30 to 40 mins I would of booked with another firm.

        late as usual even though we booked well in advance card machine was not working as always tried charging me extra for the journey to the ATM!
