Very bad taxi firm they wouldn't take me were I need to go they just kept saying go to the other guy all because they didn't like to drive in the eara that I live thats discrimination its discussing if a English taxi driver said he won't drive though maningam he would get locked up for discrimination possibly raicim

Booked a taxi for 3pm to catch a train for 3.30pm no show no response to my phone calls finally found another taxi 1 hour 15 minutes later and missed the 4.30 train dis eventually get a train and with an 8 hour journey ahead of me if I could give zero stars then I would!!!!

I phoned for a taxi they said that it would be half an hour so i waited it didn't come so i phoned again was told it would be another 15 to 20 minutes still didn't come i rang them again they said it should have been to pick me up at Morrison they said they would look into why it didn't come and ring me back but never did I waited for over an hour in freezing cold im 64 years old not happy with the level of service

Very very disrespectful taxi drivers left me on my own because I could not transfer the money and was shouting at me when I tried to sort it will never ever use again bad company and bad service
