New Hey Surgery

Very rude receptionist, I wish I had felt more welcomed and had been spoken to and assisted in a much better manner. Left feeling very upset and unsatisfied due to this.

We have been let down by this surgery time after time despite calling them out to my elderly mother they just continuously put down her ill health to old age. My mother is now in hospital with a life threatening illness NOT picked up by the doctors but by a nurse at another practice. Despite her having being diagnosed with Leukaemia we have not had one phone call from this practice to ask how she is or offer any support of any kind to my 88 year old father. Oh and to the male doctor who refused a home visit saying that there were people who were sicker than my mother and wouldn't be coming I hope that when he is old and suffering that someone treats him as appallingly as he treat my mother.
