If you shop here, take a look behind the front grating on the discount/milk/fridge. Inside the grating, as you would see, if you looked down, there exists a fetid brown sludge, broken only by instances of green mould sailing along this putrid river of unidentifiable watery filth. Above this, mere inches away are the desserts packaged loosely in open cardboard boxes as is the Tesco way. Delicious.
It is entirely possible for the fridge to be nudged slightly, by an incautious customer, causing the slime river to lovingly embrace your choice of dessert. This is what alerted me to the horror of this "slime river" existing, as an elderly woman walked past on the right corner. She accidentally nudged it with her walker, which then I noticed caused brown liquid to swill, and slosh in the bottom compartment of the fridge.
I put my shopping away, and quietly exited. Oh dear..
