        A very poor experience this time after going here for many years. My back locked up while bending down to pick up something off the floor. This has happened in the passed and I have visited a Physiotherapist who through manipulation has freed my back successfully. I was pleased to have got a cancellation so my appointment was the day after I called. Unfortunately the person allocated to treat me was a new employee undergoing training with the owner. My treatment was basically having a massage gun worked around the sore part of my back. This did not help and after 50 mins my back was still in pain and locked. After going to see the owner the trainee attempted to free my back. There was a bit of movement but because it was the end of my one hour it was to late to apply effective treatment. I basically paid 74 to have someone use a massage machine on my back. I am still in pain and my back is still locked. Because of my recent experience I will not be going back to West Yorkshire Physiotherapy.
