        BE EXTREMELY CAUTIOUS USING THIS COMPANY! Unfortunately we are at the point of having to write a review as the company director now refuses to discuss our contract with us. After signing up over 12 years ago we find ourselves in an extremely unfortunate position whereby Satmo have changed their terms and conditions and in order to finish with our tracking units we will have to pay them for nearly 12 months worth of tracking and then on top of that pay large unjustified costs for the return of very outdated tracking units. This is simply because we have found a cheaper and more effective system that they cannot provide. Please read current terms and conditions very very carefully (although they will change without you signing to agree to them) as these are quite different to most tracking providers and be very careful what you sign for. This is one of the most unprofessional and dishonest companies we have ever had the misfortune to come across and we really hope that others don't get caught out in the same way.
