Skin Britannia

A friend of mine whos been receiving treatment from here for the last year and not had any new updates with her skin and feels like shes being ripped off. Weve tried contacting the clinic but no way of getting thru to them which is upsetting as we have many questions that need answering and havent had a way to get into contact with the clinic. Just unprofessional that is and customers satisfaction isnt being met

Went in a little skeptical but the excellent customer service won me over. Excellent, professional, customer service. The practice is lovely, clean and calming. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Throughout my treatment they have been on stand by to answer any of my questions and advise me.

Dr Amina, Tasmia, Chantel and the whole team are very knowledgeable, they treat patients with integrity. I have tried another skin clinic in Bradford which was not good and I can safely say Skin Britannia have looked after me really well. They will not just sell you something because you want to buy it, they look at your skin concerns and tailor a programme to suit you. They have customer care at the forefront when they are treating you and its just fantastic to see.

Amazing customer service, and very clean clinic. Tasmia and her team are fantastic. So friendly, attentive, informative and helpful. Definitely recommend.
