Not even worthy of a one star! AVOID at all costs. Left waiting over an hour to check in. You can't get in to the building until someone lets you in and they don't answer the phone. Finally showed the room over an hour later..no privacy as the room was overlooked by the main road. Room was freezing/no heating. Used as a storage room (mattress on the floor and parts of furniture), broken furniture in the room. Black mould in the bathroom and the fridge/freezer. Kitchenette was disgusting! Flies everywhere. I never leave bad reviews but this was beyond a joke. Customer service was shocking, even the lady who showed me the room was embarrassed. I refused to stay and they are refusing a refund. I booked with this accommodation for the evening of 27th October as I was performing in Bradford. I cannot review the accommodation itself as I didn't even get that far. The confirmation said that check in was from 3pm and checkout was 12pm. I arrived in Bradford at approx 6.30pm, having already tried to call ahead to let them know my time of arrival. When I arrived I found no signs that I was in the right place. Resorting to find the specific address only to find a locked door. When I finally got into the building (as someone else left) I found an empty reception desk. I tried calling the number provided on the booking confirmation a number of times and the answer was always the same "this number is no longer available" I even tried emailing the email address provided letting them know I was in the foyer and I still to this day have received no reply. I waited in the foyer for 40mins before I eventually gave up. As a result I had to drive home after the event at 4am as I had nowhere to stay. I would have thought this were a scam if it wasn't for the fact that no money ever left my account, instead this is merely appalling service and i would encourage everyone to avoid this accommodation to save themselves the major inconvenience that I was faced with.
