So disappointed to hear that this store is facing closure. The one star review is for this reason only. The brilliant staff, fantastic offers and convenient location meant we visited this store often and they deserve a full five stars.

Arco choosing to close this branch is a ridiculous decision and a travesty for the local community that use it (hence the 1 star). They are fantastic and helpful staff - we would highly recommend going. We have used this store weekly for many years and it will be sorely missed - don't close it Arco!!

This one star review is to express my deep concern and disappointment regarding the Head Office decision to close your best shop in Bradford. As a loyal customer of Arco for many years, I was shocked to hear that such a popular and essential store is being shut down. The staff at the Bradford store are truly outstanding. They are always willing to go the extra mile to help customers, and their dedication to providing exceptional customer service is unparalleled. They even deliver items to help people avoid the Clean Air Zone (CAZ) zone, which is a testament to their commitment to meeting the needs of their customers. Arco, Bradford provides essential products and services that are not easily available elsewhere, and its closure would be a significant loss for the area. It is also worth noting that many customers, including myself, would not be transferring our business to the Leeds store if the Bradford store closes. I believe that closing it would be a great mistake, and I urge you to explore alternative options to keep the store open.

I cant believe that you are going to shut this shop as the staff are amazing There will help you to get the best products that you are wanting and helpful in everything they do its like a community shop I think a lot of people will be very disappointed regarding the closure of the shop as a lot of traders make a living from the clearance sale its bad enough in Bradford as it is its hard to make a living and the way the situation is at the moment youre making it even harder for us why shut a shop thats making money I go in the shop maybe twice three times a week I work on Canal Road and its very easy for me to get there to go to Leeds. Its too far for me Im only giving one star due to you shut in the store a big thumbs up to all the staff cannot thank you enough, all the best for the future for all of you hopefully you will be appreciated in the next job youre in all the best

This is not a bad rating reflecting on the Bradford Arco team this rating is reflecting on the decision to close the store. Firstly the team in Bradford are really supportive and helpful to the community. Never met such an enthusiastic team. The manager Anwar and the staff Phil, Steve and the rest of the team have been working so hard and smart combating the clean air zone issues yet still get many customers to their store purely down to their offers in clearance and their fantastic customer service. The Bradford store is vital to many customers like my son and I for all the clearance products which comes at an affordable price. The decision to close the store is ridiculous and I feel like the owners have not taken into consideration of how busy in footfall this store is compare to all the other Arco stores across the country, trust me I know this as I have been up and down the country and nothing compares to the Bradford team. Multiple business will now have to look for another supplier as the Leeds store is too far away and the cost to travel along with the clean air zone issues and lack of time will mean loss of to Arco. Also our experience at the Leeds Arco was terrible. Nearly boycotted it till we came to Bradford Arco but unfortunately we will now go find another company who actually cares about their staff Lastly I would like to thank Anwar a true hardworking gent and the team in Bradford for their fantastic work in keeping the public in Bradford safe and providing the best service nothing like any other Arco store. Arco will also now lose a team of valuable talented employees. I hope you all the best find someone who deserves you
