Mum was in here for 18 months and we had nothing but concerns, we raised them with management and they were with dealt at the time but very quickly concerns were showing again, raised again and was told maybe this isnt the right place for your mum !! Poor communication with families especially in lockdown. They have a diner, a cinema a bar and an old fashioned shop all which are selling points and very rarely used. Best move we made was taking mum out of there.

My dad stopped there in the summer and it was an awful experience he is severely disabled and he was neglected. Left in bed until 11am with no breakfast (which was bad because my dad is diabetic) and then they plonked hi in a chair leaning to one side with the tv on but no sound. I fell this was due to the lack of staff. When we saw the place we thought it was going to be a really good experience for my dad but it was awful
