This is a big thankyou to all members of Ashcroft care home staff, who put on a great Birthday celebration yesterday the 14/09/2022 for Grama Ann Joys 100th Birthday. They made her day very special and made a special cake for her,along with birthday banners and refreshments. Thankyou from all members of the Joy family for all your efforts,as it meant an awful lot.Xx

My mum has been a resident at Ashcroft for a number of years, all the staff are helpful, pleasant and willing to oblige to the best of there ability, mum always looks nice and is very happy and settled at Ashcroft there are regular activities and entertainers that family are welcome to join, they celebrate events and regular post of Facebook which is nice to see, there is a good choice of menu and nothing is very too much trouble for the staff, even when times were hard through covid they kept a smile on there face and kept families in the loop with regular video calls

I love working at Ashcroft love all the residents all staff give 100% to there job and go above and beyond management always looking to improve the home and residents are involved in making decisions
