Appalling. Popped in to ask if she had a slot and was asked to come for 2.30... went back and was asked if I could come back at 3.00 which I happily did. I then proceeded to be sat there for a further hour and 20 minutes past my appointment time. Despite be being sat waiting for so long, just as she was 'nearly finished' she then suggested to her current customer that layers might be a good idea, further extending the delay to me. After getting to nearly 2 hours after my appointment time, and despite no signage stating this, I was then told she didn't take card payments so was unable to have my hair cut at all, despite a 2 hour wait. The apology for the delay was half assed at best.
