Briliant service! A really great experience overall, with access to proffessional equipment at a really small price. Everytime I go for a session, the equipment is working smoothly, and in the case I have any problem, the PIRATE Assistance is there to help at any time. I would reccomend it any time!

Worst service ever I booked in for a four hours from 10:00 am to 2:00pm. The staff in the name of Austin took a booking of 60 which I was ok with. I got there 10mins to time just to realise that he wasnt available. He comes an hour late and even after that long waiting he came with the oldest laptop and nun functioning program. Just setting up his laptop took another hour which killed my whole mood. Just getting ready to start he tells me that he was now tired and wanted to go have a break and have some cigarettes and will be back in 30 mins. Of the 4hrs booked I was only left with 1hr and 30mins and he said I will take 20 out of your pay for the time wasted. As someone who does music, I can never record my music when am I a low mood because I wont be able to present my self the way I want. He suggested that I book another day and pay him the rest of the money for the day as if all this was my fault. Am not just coming up with a story this unprofessional staff goes by the name of Austin L Gambles. I have all the bank transfers made to him. It just feels bad that he wasted a lot of my time and money.
