They are charging all residents in City Exchange 60p per kWh of electricity, in a country where the average cost of electricity is 34p per kWh. Don't move in here if you don't want to receive a 200 pound electricity bill.

Worst Lettings agent, I have dealt with. They are not cooperative at all. We had 15 units under their management and all my experience with them was just poor. Would definitely not recommend. There are different choices in the market.

Ive never known such a rude and ignorant letting agents as this one has been. Been trying to view/apply for a property for over three weeks to be fobbed off and passed on to a negotiator who never contacts you either. I finally got the negotiators number to contact them myself just to be ignored yet again never known an agents like it.

Dont use this company ever. Slum lords who cant manage a cardboard box. They allow black mould, damp and urgent repairs to go unfixed (Ive been a tenant 4 years). The building is disgusting, they let trash flow into the street from the bin room, I cant have my ground floor window open (the only window I have btw) because despite keeping it clean Ive had cockroaches and rats from the unsanitary conditions outside my door. Having to move out because mould is growing on all my belongings and Ive started having breathing issues. Taking them to the ombudsman and the council. Rent with someone else its not worth the headache dealing with these people.
