I was incredibly impressed with the communication, accuracy in communication and on time arrival and carrying out of the certificates. After another company had me waiting for a callback for over a week I called Tim at Box Property Solutions to request an urgent EPC. Within half an hour he was at my house (amazing!), then not long after him leaving a certificate was issued and emailed. I mean wow wow wow!!! Thanks for the amazing service. Highly recommended!!

Absolutely brilliant service. With only 8 days before completion was due, we were advised that the EPC for our sale property had expired. Tim from Box Property Solutions came out within two hours, carried out the survey (with full compliance to Covid restrictions) and issued the certificate just over an hour later. Highly recommended.

An absolutely fantastic service. Rang Tim about an EPC that had expired and was needed for a mortgage application. He came an hour and a half later to carry out the EPC and I had the EPC certificate 40 minutes later. I cant rate them highly enough.

Excellent service. Daniel surveyed property the day after booking, and the report was registered on the government site within 24 hours. Very professional from the first phone call to report being available, and a more than reasonable charge. If only every company was this competent and efficient!
