I have lived in one of there properties for past few years and if I had any other choice I wouldn't landlord is absolutely useless my house is covered in mould found out last week the gas pike is leaking and as for a long time gas man said had to pay myself for someone to come out contacted Ian the landlord about smell of gas he never sent no-one out even though had no born I have reported to environmental health who have contacted some of his other tenants lots of problems/ health risks in his properties there making a case hopefully they put this money dying lazy cowboy landlord out of business!

Been unfortunate to have this company as my landlord for past few years and stander and level of repair from them at best is sub stander and if you get repaired then that will need repair again the management are at best the same way it money to them and prey on people in social house needs so they can leave them in even worse state than they are in but do nothing but you try get view heard this is how they reaction stop ur repairs refuse repair then start try make ur time in ur home more difficult that is the stander and service from adw holdings Bradford my experience is rouge landlord at the very best and bully boy tactics to have others keep quiet but leave the tennent in a home unfit to live in

What a joke this company is tried to inquire about a property they were not even aware it was empty then asked about the price they quoted way over the odds which my reply was wow you could get a big nice house in calverley (not an typical semi detached house in ravenscliffe )for that which they then replied with hopefully you will do that then hung up

Been with them last 12 years always done repairs friendly staff. Couldn't ask for a better landlord
