Ofsted out stantding rating school. Teacher's and staff are very helpful. Compare to other schools very organised.

My daughter lost her coat in the playground, I went to office to enquire about it, the lady at the office was very unhelpful, didnt even bother to look around, she was saying they have no lost and found area and that shes busy even though they was no one waiting to see her or queuing up, she told me to come back another time, so I did, when I went and asked again next day she was acting like I was a nuisance stressing her out, she told me to wait then left for a minute then came back with the coat, why couldnt she do that from day one? Both times it was quiet no kids or parents/staff to deal with, yet she was being lazy to deal with the only person that came to office, lazy and bad service.
