Would have been higher, but made a mess of next door, and said they would clear up before they went but didn't. They were not happy!!!!

A very swift response to my enquiry. The quote was prompt and very competitive. Victoria was very helpful and a pleasure to liaise with. Excellent job carried out on Dads roof and everything cleaned away to a high standard. I would highly recommend H2O Soft Cleaning

I booked this company after reading the reviews online. We agreed a day for my roof cleaning to be done and I took the day off work. The 2 guys from the company arrived early, however their machinery was not working. I was told that they would not be able to swap this for another machine they had in time for the work to be completed on that day. I spoke with a lady in the office and the job was re-scheduled for a few days later. I took another day off work for this, however nobody turned up on the day and nobody contacted me to tell me they would not be coming. I called the company number and left a voicemail and nobody had the courtesy to get back to me.
