        This royal mail open at 8am and close at 2pm so I can't pick my parcel before work or after so how should I collect my parcel. This does not make sense. I will not be using royal mail in future if I can. Worse carrier in the UK (they are knocking once quiet then put the card) This company is just getting worse and worse every year instead getting better SHAME on you Royal Mail !!!

        The lady over the counter is sickening her attitude her personality!!! her name is Kath for anyone who wants to also make a complaint, as i have made one on her today, and she shouldn't and doesnt need to be working at a place she hates. Get another JOB if you dont wanna be there!
