Barkerend Road Post Office

This post office is very bad because the staff is unprofessional. They weren't able to sort out the simple refund. The lady is unaware to do basic things and has to ring her boss every time. It is wasting my time. I shall be avoiding this post office.

i am sick to death of this post office!!! 9am start time staff arriving at 9:15, then the lady will go in, takes her time putting system on, no apologies, the start time is 9am, these unprofessional people need to know that they need to be ready to serve customers at 9am, excuses are i need to drop my children off at school!!! what really??? wake up early lazy.or what!!! the attitude is out of order!!! i dont think this problem will be getting fixed its been going on far too long, even the people reading complaints and responding more unprofessional than the guys working here so now i will take this further!!!

Disgusting service the Asian guy with glasses is full of attitude and dosnt know how to speak nicely his very rude and impatient and and short tempered previous post office we had for decades the white man and Asian women were really helpful and polite. Hate coming here such poor service ruins your mood that man's face and attitude. He needs sorting out.
