        Watch how you send parcels, had 3 go missing signed for and 2 of high value... My wife sent these signed for instead of tracked by mistake on advice of the staff on the counter... One item valued at 330 was to be returned to tesutti and it vanished, however it doesn't help the return bag states tesutti so it must have been a very opportunist moment and swiped it knowing it would be untracable... So if you see anybody in the shop wearing a Parajumper coat you know its mine. A few weeks later a friend also informed my wife that some Christmas presents she returned suddenly disappeared... For real avoid this place like the plague or covid whichever...
