Guy working there on a power trip. Waited in a long queue to be seen where I told him I dont have my red card (missed delivery card) but I have all forms of ID to collect my parcel including an email of the parcel being at the depot from Royal Mail itself. Would not let me collect my parcel without the red card. So I asked what happens if someones lost their card? Do you keep the parcel forever? Couldnt answer my question. Went the next day saw someone else and he gave me my parcel WITHOUT the red card. Dont understand why some of these staff members are on a power trip.

Re aranged a delivery but it never turned up I just decided to go and pick it up. When I got there it took I'd say 10 minutes for them to get what I was collecting. The office worker went in to get it 3 times but kept coming back to look at the computer not understanding what was going on. Got it eventually but was a pain to get. Royal Mail pleas sort your self's out.

Here today at 11:50 says on door open at 11 and people were queueing there since 11 ... no where online or on door saying closed
