Bentley Drains

They came on 8th April 2023 as we had a sewage smell in the house. They came and found waste backing up in one of the manholes, they said that they cleared it out with water. Afterwards the sewage smell persisted, we called Dyno who came out and cleared the manhole that Bentley apparently cleared, they said it had not been cleaned properly. We still have a sewage smell and we have called other drainage companies who expressed surprise that Bentley cleared the manhole but did not investigate what the blockage was that led to the waste accumulating. You charged us 240 just to blast water in a manhole which you didnt even clear properly

Had a serious issue with a blocked drain to a septic tank and a badly clogged pipe from the bathroom toilet as a result. Jason came out on Good Friday, analysed the problem, cleared it and was gone inside an hour. Charge was very reasonable, great guy and great service. would recommend to anyone needing similar services.

I cannot recommend Bentley Drains enough. They went above and beyond when we had a Sunday drain emergency, responding quickly to our call for help and resolving the issue swiftly and efficiently. They were polite and took their shoes off without us asking when they came in the house (which we really appreciated). I hope we dont have any future drain problems, but if we do then we know who we will call. Thanks Bentley Drains!
