My Plumber have been doing the annual service on my boiler for a couple of years now. I have been in property letting for 30 years and Fabio is one of the most thorough and professional heating engineers I have had the pleasure of using. I have seen some pretty scant 'boiler servicing' over the years...when Fabio has finished with your boiler he will know it inside out and it will have been comprehensively SERVICED. This year I needed a new boiler and as expected, the price quoted was totally fair, with a detailed breakdown.Most of us are familiar with the frustrations of trying to get in touch with busy trades: not so with My Plumber...Asif in the office is efficient to a tee and will coordinate the job seamlessly with excellent and speedy communications. All paperwork, certificates and guarantee registration at Vaillant were handled by Asif and emailed to me promptly. The install was carried out with great care and attention to detail by Fabio and his cheerful assistant Andre and completed inside one long working day..Good service and highly recommended them.

Called The Plumber as I had an emergency, they were quick and efficient. Responded really quick and came out to sort it out. Would definitely recommend! .

Our elderly neighbour's boiler stopped working last night, Craig was round incredibly quickly and fixed it for her! She was so grateful to have her heating back in this cold weather. Couldn't recommend these guys enough. Thank you Craig!
