It took long time to arrive, plus not professional when it comes to payment

Having been tied into a service contract with Homeserve for nearly 10 years they told me that they couldn't fix my heating system and therefore I contacted BF Plumbing. They made an initial visit to investigate, then we made an appointment for him to carry out the work. He made an analysis of the problem and a plan to resolve it. In the process we found that the hot water tank had a small leak going back some time. He arranged for a replacement to be delivered the same morning and fitted it. Very happy with the service and cost and having cancelled my service agreement with Homeserve, I will certainly call on BF Plumbing for my annual boiler service and indeed any future work required.

BF Plumbing tech team was greatvery professional and friendly. Was able to identify the problem quickly, took the time to carefully explain it to me and make sure I understood and then had it fixed it in a flash. Would definitely recommend BF Plumbing team to anyone!

Excellent service by BF Plumbing. Technician provided outstanding service! He installed a new water heater and did several other necessary repairs. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly, and answered every question I had. Again, outstanding service!
