I can't thank Tariq enough, years of pain and surgeries on my knees and ankles, I can't walk properly, very lopsided. I am getting nowhere with NHS and the pain can get me very down. Only 15 minutes treatment with Tariq and I felt more upright and walking is now a pleasure, very little pain and every day I feel a bit better. Sleeping is amazing now, not waking up with pain. I cannot recommend Tariq enough. Never have I considered this sort of treatment before, but will 100% will carry this on. Thank you so much

Bowen service was absolutely amazing - releasing the tension in my shoulders allowing me to rotate my right arm properly and raise it higher than I potentially could before the treatment - even tho Im pretty skeptical about getting certain treatments - the Bowen therapy helped align my posture symmetrically and took away the restricted movement I suffered from. Would definitely recommend Tariq - defo the man!

I really enjoy having a Bowen therapy from Tariq because whenever i have a physical problem or need realigning, it only takes one session from him and I'm completely sorted and feel really good which lasts for several days afterwards . Thanks Tariq

I have arthritis and a few other health problems I went to see Tariq and I had some treatment, i was open to the treatment as conventional medicine hadn't worked for me, I had a a few treatments and I can honestly say I felt better than I had done in a long time now if I get twinges or pain I ring Tariq to book am appointment and feel so much better after I would recommend Tariq if you need any treatment.
