        Rang for advice for one of my children. The lady that answered the phone was very very rude as I had been passed from call to call when the lady answered I asked if it was moorside pharmacy to which she stated well yeah thats what Ive just said and thats the number you just rang can you get any stupider. Luckily all my calls record and I will be taking matters further.

        Recently joined the surgery and they have been fantastic. Staff have been wonderful. Kelly is a credit to the surgery, gave me wonderful advice and help, thank you.Past 2 practices I have been to were not good. Moorside have been brilliant. Thank you all
