Rang 9 times today and not once have they answered phone, they ignore the phone which is wrong when people are ringing regarding important medication

i went to rowlands whetley medical centre bd8 9dw as i came out of the car my child who had been sick into a bag i had left it on the floor to pick it up after i left the pharmacy the staff member yasmin in a very rude manner asked me to pick the rubbish, i responsed i will pick it up after i leave the pharmacy she then made a very racist comment saying "its not pakistan" "typical pakistanis" to which then i lost my temper and had an argument an left the pharmacy. my 5year old child who has been poorly had to witness this how can a staff member be so unproffessional and be allowed to talk to customers in this manner while the rest of the staff members just stood an watched.

Absolutely DISGUSTING service and disgraceful staff. They provided 3 months out of date medication which they admitted they were fully aware of the fact that it was out of date !. Never in my life have I come across a pharmacy who sells out of date medication to the patient. The staff at this pharmacy was completely unapologetic and sounded unbothered by the fact that they had medication on the shelfs thats was out of date by MONTHS !!. The staff that I had spoken to responded to the situation by saying tough luck we will check the stock next time I dont understand how a dispenser could even be given a title of such when they have such a shocking attitude towards patients. People like them bring shame upon the whole NHS staff. I will definitely be taking this further and being in contact with NHS England.
