        I have used this pharmacy since moving to Bradford and Ive always found them polite and I always get good service. Unlike the larger chemists who have lost the way of customer service these guys have it in spades

        Shakespeares service has gone down in the last few years since the father stopped delivering the meds, have had many issues with deliveries for a while now so reluctantly left them. The pharmist (shabbir) can be rude & difficult to understand at times. Don't advertise a service if you can't deliver on it.
