        Went here earlier for the covid tests. The guy at the pharmacy had me scanning a QR code tried to get me to sign up to a government site before giving me the lateral flow tests. I didn't think that is standard practice anywhere else. I never received the tests as it was taking too long to receive a code for the tests. I left and went to Sainsburys where they just handed them straight over. Had I not gone and got the tests elsewhere then two members of my household that have this evening tested possitive for covid then they would of being out for the next few days spreading covid around. I will not be returning to this store after being a loyal customer for over 4 years.

        Phoned sporadically all day ,and nobody answered the phone,on and on and on ,sorry yes they did,then it went down.

        Just been for advise on toothache and got to say this the service I recieved from them lady in store was amazing she listened to me advised on how to use the item correctly checked to see if I was on any medication must say she is a big asset to your pharmacy
