Frizinghall Medical Center Pharmacy

Says open at 9am, most of the time its after 9.30. Today on a deadline on way to elder client who needs meds and still not open at 9.50.

Really disappointed with their services. Had a prescription from Last Thursday which got delivered on Wednesday because the Pharmacy was closed! Not good enough. Ringing the Pharmacy is also a nightmare too. If you are closed, then at least be kind enough to record an actual answerphone message informing the customer. No contact with customers or updates. We had to contact the Surgery again and get another prescription issued through another Pharmacy. Unless theres a good reason, the Pharmacy been closed and they seem to open and close when they like without regard for the customer...Especially considering the Pharmacy is under New Management. I hope things change for the better.

No basic customer service skills, when you call some staff don't know how to speak to patients and come across very rude! Some staff training on how to communicate in the correct manner needed!

Thought I would try submitting my prescriptions here. Promised they would deliver. Spent the day in agony waiting. Tried calling them at 6pm. Then again 9am next day. Then they turned their phones off.
