Switching to this chemist as my designated pharmacist is the best thing I've done. The staff are all always so friendly, heplful, and take their time with every customer. They're always happy to give advice and even phoned my GP surgery a few times to check prescriptions for me. Honestly couldn't ask for a better sevice and a friendlier bunch of people!

I have just been to your pharmacy this morning, approx 11.30, to purchase som Co-Codamol. I am registered disabled due to Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and Extra Venticular Tachycardia. I am mask exempt and carry all relevant proof, inc my PIP award. Upon entering your pharmacy I was dealt with quite aggressively by 2 of your assistants regarding wearing a mask. Despite providing evidence of my exemption, which they seemed to care very little about, I was ordered to leave the chemist and wait outside to be served. This is the first, and last time I have used your pharmacy, and only did because I happened to be in Wyke. I have never experienced this level of treatment from any other pharmacy, even after July 19th. I am very angry and deeply dismayed at the extremely rude and aggressive way in which I was dealt with. I firmly believe that both members of staff have acted in contravention of the Equality Act of 2010, formerly the Disability Discrimination Act of 1995 and 2005 and as such will be seeking advice on this. I feel your staff are in great need of extra training on how to speak to people, the Equality Act and in general some basic professional manners. Looking at some previous reviews this obviously isnt an isolated incident either where somebody has been on the receiving end of rude behaviour from your staff. This is a serious complaint and fully intend to seek advice and potentially take it further.
