I have been a regular user of this pharmacy since it opened, having monthly prescriptions sent directly from my gp. The last 6-12 months has seen a total change in the pharmacy - staff, service, cleanliness etc. Prescription errors seem a common theme, along with slow, poor service. There are empty boxes on the shelf, plastic transportation boxes on the floor. Collecting a ready-made prescription can take 30 minutes if there is even one customer in front. Today, there was 1 staff member serving customers and at least 8 more behind the shelf, seemingly chatting and not much else. Not the best place to go for medication.

The staff are very busy, so sometimes not always a fast experience at peak times obviously, but they do try to be speedy.
