Absolutely fabulous my dog Cairo comes back looking stunning, so soft and smelling amazing the staff are friendly and very welcoming would highly recommend

Excellent customer service today. The Enterprise 5 store didn't have the dog crate we needed but the store assistant checked local stores and ensured it was put aside for us. This store assistant has been very helpful and knowledgeable on multiple occasions when visiting the store! Much appreciated!

I took my loving dog to the idle groom on the 16th October 2020, we arrive at 9 20 am i explained to the Groomer she had a few matts she then explained there extra charge for matts so i changed my number with her she said she would call me once done as she was booked in for a hour 1 full groom, thats fine no.worries ill be staying around the complex, within the 2 45 minutes my dog was in there care they never once called me to explain they couldnt complete her cut or express concern she was stress i waundered in and out of the store on a few occasions hopeing my dog would be ready to take home so around 11 am i went back in i asked a colleague on the shop floor about the time its meant to take asked him if it was ok i still waundered around he laughed yeh thats fine, 11 40 i stopped on the shop floor down stairs i looked up to the groom room the groom then waved me to come up, i went up to find my poor pooch looking like she had being hacked at with knife and fork long strands short strands bald patches grazes, i wouldnt recommend anyone to leave there pets with these so called groomers they have no respect for the welfare of your animals, Pets at home customer services are equal disgusting no care for your pets just Profiting for traumatising and causing unnecessary harm to pets, The groomer Paige and her other colleague lie threw there back teeth to cover there cruel acts up on defenceless dogs ***pictures to show on there facebook page ****
