We have bought 2 marquees and 6 Icelandic 2 tents over the years and have tents repaired this year by BCT. Excellent company to deal with. Our BB Company have been camping for over 65 years on the Isle of Arran Scotland so the weather can be fairly wet and windy. These traditional tents which BCT make and repair are excellent and will last 30 years + .

What an amazing company to work with. BCT have supplied our Glamping kit since we opened in 2016 and their service has been second to none. The kit itself is great quality but we are in a very exposed spot and have suffered some wind damage. BCT have repaired everything that has been sent their way and today i have received one of our Bell tents back just 24hrs after dropping it off for repair so that my bookings are unaffected, you cant get better service than that! Polite, personal and friendly customer service, highly recommended.

Good afternoon Patricia. Can you please send me Chris Fawcett and Grant Hinchliffe email addresses and mobile numbers please? You have 7 days to sort this mess out otherwise i will make a claim against you. You owe me a new tent. Youve failed to make it useable and so its down to you to replace the whole thing. On your website you make everything on site to avoid exactly what has happened, which is a misrepresentation. 1. I sent my tent to you because of your in-house making and unrivalled customer service for excellence. 2. Trying to get my tent fixed with you has been complete nightmare from the start? 3. TNT lost the ground sheet, you failed to notice it hadnt arrived and missed the small window to claim. You couldnt fix it and then you couldnt get a replacement 4. I have taken legal advice and under the Sale of Goods Act you are legally bound to supply a product that is fit for purpose, and a tent with no ground sheet is clearly not fit for purpose. 5. You have 7 days to supply a complete new tent, or refund me in full, otherwise i will claim against you through MoneyClaims online. I will look to you to recover all of my costs in bringing the claim, and lost income through not having the tent, as well as the full replacement cost of the whole tent.
