        Very bad!!!! Been on the waiting list for 6 year. Not getting anywhere. They never answer when you ring. DO NOT JOIN TO SAVE YOUR LIFE. FIND SOMEWHERE BETTER.

        Avoid this cowboy practice! My daughter spent 6 years on waiting list. Everytime I phoned was told we would hear from them when it's her turn or they were getting referrels from surrounding areas which is ridiculous answer when we are local. Eventually her file was sent back to the NHS to find another Orthodontist. She's gone past her 18th but will still qualify for under the NHS treatment. Why do the Regents take on more patients than what they can handle?

        Horrible service from the staff here, they dont know how to work in a professional manner when working with patients. They cannot admit to when they are wrong. If you are looking for an orthodontics service I wouldnt recommend this one to anyone!!
